RETURN & COMPLAINT POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or submit a complaint in accordance with the rules below.
1. RIGHT TO RETURN
You have the right to return a product purchased in our online store within 30 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.
A return is only possible if the product:
- is unopened,
- is unused,
- shows no signs of damage,
- is in its original condition with all contents included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PACKAGING
For logistical and environmental reasons, our products — especially whitening strips — are delivered in individual sachets rather than full retail boxes.
This packaging does not affect the quality, freshness, or effectiveness of the product.
Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items, regardless of packaging type.
2. HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To start the return process:
- Contact us at contact@smilelux.sk.
- You will receive detailed instructions on how to send the product back.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
- Items sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately after receiving the shipment.
We will review the issue and propose an appropriate solution.
4. EXCEPTIONS – ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN
The following items cannot be returned:
- perishable goods,
- personalized items,
- opened hygiene or cosmetic products.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.
5. EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product, please first return the original item.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order.
6. REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
- the refund will be issued to the original payment method,
- the refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment the returned product arrives at our warehouse,
- you will receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
COMPLAINT POLICY
At DEJMI LTD, customer satisfaction is important to us. Although we strive to offer high-quality products, issues may occasionally occur.
SUBMITTING A COMPLAINT

If you experience any problem with your product, please contact us by phone or email within 12 months from the date of purchase.
2.What to include:
To help us review your case, please provide:
- order number,
- purchase date,
- a detailed description of the issue,
- photos (if applicable).
3.Response time:
We will respond to your complaint within 10 business days.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a replacement product,
- a full refund.
If the complaint is approved, we cover all shipping costs related to the complaint process.
